SHero Empowered, founded by Franya K. Isley, provides divorce recovery coaching services, including:

- Group coaching programs (3-month, 6-month, and 12-month)
- Weekly R.I.S.E. Phoenix meetings
- Clarity Call consultations
- Educational resources and community support
3. User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
4. Program Enrollment and Payment
4.1 Program Registration
Registration for paid programs requires full payment or enrollment in an approved payment plan before access is granted.
4.2 Payment Terms
- All fees are quoted in U.S. Dollars
- Payment plans are available for programs as specified
- Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors
- Late payments may result in suspension of program access
4.3 Program Access
Access to program materials, coaching sessions, and community resources is granted upon successful payment and continues through the program duration, subject to these terms.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Ownership
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, worksheets, program materials, and the R.I.S.E. framework, are the property of SHero Empowered and Franya K. Isley and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Participants in R.I.S.E. meetings and group coaching agree to maintain confidentiality regarding other participants’ personal information and stories shared during sessions.

8. Cancellation and Refunds
