At SHero Empowered, we are committed to supporting your journey with clarity and transparency. This policy outlines our cancellation terms for all programs and services.
1. No Refund Policy
1.1 All Sales Final
All program fees and payments are non-refundable. Once you enroll in a program or service, you are committing to the full investment, regardless of your level of participation or completion.
This policy applies to:
- The “Do I Stay or Do I Go?” 30-Minute Clarity Call ($85)
- “Do I Stay or Do I Go?” 3-Month Program ($2,100)
- R.I.S.E. Resilient 6-Month Program ($4,200)
- R.I.S.E. Phoenix 12-Month Program ($9,100)
- Any other paid services or programs
1.2 Why No Refunds?
When you enroll in a program:
- Coaching time is reserved exclusively for you
- Materials and resources are customized to your needs
- Your spot in group programs is secured
- Payment plan terms are established based on program length
- Program structure and planning are tailored to enrolled participants
Once you commit to a program, we commit our time, resources, and expertise to your success. This commitment cannot be reclaimed or resold if you choose not to participate.
2. Individual Session Cancellations
2.1 Clarity Call (30-Minute)
The 30-minute Clarity Call must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule.
2.2 Private Coaching Sessions (Program Participants)
For participants enrolled in 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month programs:
- 48-Hour Notice Required: Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ advance notice
- Rescheduling: Canceled sessions may be rescheduled one time within the program period
- No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled session without a 48-hour notice results in forfeiture of that session, with no makeup available
- Late Cancellations: Sessions canceled with less than a 48-hour notice are considered no-shows
3. Program Withdrawal
3.1 Right to Withdraw
While you may withdraw from active participation in a program at any time, withdrawal does not entitle you to a refund of any fees paid or release you from payment plan obligations.
3.2 Payment Plan Obligations
If you enrolled in a program with a payment plan:
- All scheduled payments remain due regardless of participation
- Failure to complete payments may result in collection action
- Access to program materials and community resources will be suspended if payments become delinquent
3.3 Program Materials Access
Upon withdrawal:
- Access to group coaching sessions is immediately discontinued
- Private session appointments are canceled
- Access to digital materials and resources may be removed
- Access to community platforms (SHero Sisterhood) may be suspended
4. Exceptional Circumstances
4.1 Medical or Family Emergencies
In cases of serious medical emergency or family crisis that prevents program participation:
- Contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation
- We will work with you to pause your program when possible
- Sessions may be rescheduled within a reasonable extended timeframe
- No refunds will be issued. We will accommodate reasonable adjustments
4.2 Program Extension
Extensions beyond the original program period may be granted in exceptional circumstances and are at the sole discretion of SHero Empowered.
5. Weekly R.I.S.E. Phoenix Meetings
5.1 Free Meetings
R.I.S.E. Phoenix: Your Weekly UP Lift meetings are offered at no charge. No registration or cancellation is required. Simply attend when you are able.
5.2 No Obligation
Attendance at free weekly meetings does not create any financial obligation or commitment.
6. Program Changes or Cancellation by SHero Empowered
6.1 Our Right to Modify
We reserve the right to modify the program’s content, structure, or scheduling to enhance the overall experience. Reasonable modifications do not entitle participants to refunds.
6.2 Program Cancellation by Us
In the rare event that we must cancel or discontinue a program:
- Participants will receive a prorated refund for uncompleted sessions
- Alternative arrangements or comparable services may be offered
- Reasonable notice will be provided when possible
7. Payment Processing
7.1 Payment Plans
When enrolling in a payment plan:
- All scheduled payments are required regardless of participation
- Payment dates and amounts are established at enrollment
- Late payment fees may apply
- Failure to maintain the payment schedule may result in program termination and collection action
7.2 Failed Payments
If a scheduled payment fails:
- You will be notified immediately
- You have 7 days to update payment information
- After 7 days, program access will be suspended
- After 14 days, the entire remaining balance becomes immediately due
8. Dispute Resolution
8.1 Concerns About Services
If you have concerns about the quality or delivery of services:
- Contact us immediately to discuss
- We are committed to addressing legitimate concerns
- Resolution discussions do not extend cancellation periods or create refund eligibility
8.2 Chargeback Policy
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your credit card company or financial institution for services rendered will result in:
- Immediate termination of all program access
- Removal from community resources
- Loss of all program materials
- Potential legal action to recover funds
We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a payment dispute.
9. Your Commitment
By enrolling in any SHero Empowered program, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You understand all sales are final with no refunds
- You accept financial responsibility for all program fees
- You understand the cancellation policies for sessions
- You will provide the required notice for session cancellations
- You are making an informed decision to invest in your personal growth

- Ask questions before enrolling in any program
