Start an Inspiration Journal • Dedicate a notebook or digital document to capturing inspiring moments, ideas, & reflections. • Write down quotes that speak to you, describe moments that moved you, or sketch out ideas. • Review your journal regularly to reconnect with these sources of inspiration. 3. Create an Inspiring Morning Routine • Design a morning ritual that sets an inspiring tone for your day. • Reading something uplifting, listening to podcasts, or practicing gratitude. • Find activities that energize and excites you. 4. Curate an Inspiration Playlist • Compile a list of songs that uplifting & motivating. • Include a mix of refeshing & calming tracks to suit different moods & needs. • Listen to your playlist when you need a boost of inspiration or creativity. 5.
